Her treatment approach combines hands-on therapy with targeted exercise prescription to help clients achieve optimal outcomes. Yvette has extensive experience managing a wide range of conditions, including spinal and sports-related injuries, and she has a particular passion for supporting patients in their return to full function and activity after injury.
Yvette is a firm believer that movement is the best medicine. She encourages all forms of physical activity whether it’s swimming, hiking, going to the gym, or playing organised sports, as part of a healthy and sustainable recovery. In the early years of her career, she also worked closely with local soccer clubs, helping players safely return to sport post-injury.
Outside of work, Yvette enjoys hiking with her family, staying active at the gym, and travelling. She is committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and empowering her patients to do the same, preventing injury and promoting long-term wellbeing.
