We accept all GP referred Chronic Condition Management Plans for Physiotherapy and Podiatry services.
We charge a concession rate on the first visit of each new care, which means there will be a small gap amount that is not fully covered by Medicare. All subsequent appointments on the plan are then BULK-BILLED with no out of pocket costs. There may also be additional fees for extended appointments, multiple injuries and podiatry diabetic studies.
Our friendly reception team can help explain these fees at the time of booking your appointment, as well as processing the claim directly with Medicare for you. Eligibility for receiving a chronic condition management plan should be discussed with your GP.
