Emma is a talented and qualified physiotherapist, having completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at LaTrobe University in Bundoora, and then broadening her skills by through additional courses, including Pilates mat-work and equipment up to level 3 & 4 respectively, Lyn Watson Shoulder Course Level-1 and McKenzie Method Level 1.
Emma has developed a variety of treatment techniques through her experience in private practice, community-based aged-care programs, as well as women’s health physiotherapy including pre and post-natal conditions. Emma also has a keen interest in strength training and is very familiar with gym-based exercise. Emma is passionate about achieving positive results for her patients, and finds that using her knowledge and experience to do this is an extremely rewarding career.
On a personal level, Emma has enjoyed travelling overseas and exploring parts of Eastern Europe and South-East Asia, which also including trekking to Everest base camp and hiking through Portugal and Romania. She also enjoys participating in a wide-variety of sports including dancing, football, tennis and strong-woman competitions, and has had much success in many of these sports.
